YERBA MATE

YERBA MATE is a South American grown super herb full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.  It is said to increase focus and provide energy.  Green mate has a taste similar to certain types of green teas whereas roasted mate has a deeper, earthier flavour. GUAYUSA is a close cousin to yerba mate also known for its stimulating, energizing effects. Both may be steeped for extended periods without becoming bitter and both leaves may be resteeped several times.
