OOLONG

OOLONG, or black dragon teas, are deemed to possess a high degree of tea sophistication with a wide range of styles, aromas, and flavours. Oolongs are produced using a unique process which includes oxidation.  The percentage of oxidation can vary greatly depending on the type and production style which requires specialized cultivars.  The leaves are generally formed into one of two disticnt styles. Some are rolled into long, curly leaves, others are rolled into spheres with a slight tail left at the end.
