Perhaps the most exotic and distinctive tasting teas, PU'ERH is an aged, fermented tea and offers many unique tastes. Primarily grown in Yunnan, China, it became a main staple for the Tibetans who claimed "living without food for three days is better than going without pu'erh tea for a single day." Pu'erh has a long history of providing health benefits and is often compared to wine.  It gets better with age.
